Can't make it to Istanbul? Make a beeline for what could be the next best thing: a Turkish hideaway in the basement of Far East Plaza, serving the flavours of Chef Ahmet's hometown.
The à la carte menu is extensive and the service is hospitable. At lunchtime, the set gives you an ample entrée with tea, soup and dessert at $19.90++.
We appreciated the tender lamb. Here it is: juicy sliced lamb doner over a bed of rice, with fresh greens.
